- First, eject the SIM card tray and use a pry tool to remove the back panel.
- Open all the screws from the plastic cover that cover the motherboard and remove it.
- Disconnect the broken display's connection from the motherboard.
- Connect the new display's flex to the motherboard, switch on the phone, and try the new display.
- After successfully testing the new display, remove the cracked display from the frame using a hot air gun and a pry tool.
- Clean the frame and paste the new display using glue or double tape.
- Fasten the newly installed display gently with rubber bands, and don't wrap them too tight.
- Remove these rubber bands after 1-2 hours and clean residual glue using thinner or a similar solution.
